Familija Tangovi Skopje was founded in 2012 as a self-sustainable association for culture and art.
Its main focus is development of the Argentinean tango not just as a dance, but also as a culture. We are proud to be the founders of the new tango wave in our city - recognizing this dance as an organic movement which needs to develop yet respecting its foundations.
Besides the regular classes for all levels through the years, practicas and local milongas, we have been hosts of many workshops with international teachers: Celeste Rey and Sebastian Nieva (Argentina), Maria Florencia Obertelo (Argentina) and Fernando Morani (Italy), Tasos Topas and Nadia Cronidu (Greece), Vladislav Petrov and Dobrin Nedev (Sofia, Bulgaria), Natasha Lewinger (Uruguay) and Haris Mihail (Greece), Ana Barros and Facundo Arnedo (Argentina), Vanya Rey (Bulgaria), Dusan & Kristina Plavsic (Tango Magia, Serbia), Los Milonguitas Tango Trio (Argentina / Italy), Gustavo Ariel Colmenarejo (Argentina), Los Biskas (Greece), Couche Tango (Argentina), Sonja, Darko, Mirko and Relja (Tango Natural, Serbia),Paolo Si (Italy), Diego Mastrangelo & Evi Anesti (Argentina / Greece), Lorena Tarantino & Gianpiero Galdi (Italy), Vanessa Gauch & Esref Tekinalp (France ?
