Pablo RodrĂguez is an Argentine dancer, instructor, and choreographer born in Buenos Aires — the city that inspired him with its deep tango culture and tradition. His artistic journey began with studies in classical ballet, contemporary dance, and theater performance, and his love for tango emerged as a natural fusion of discipline, emotion, and communication through movement.
Pablo’s tango path has been shaped by a number of influential maestros — from his first teachers Carlos Perez and Rosa Forte, to Samantha Dispari, Jorge Dispari, Maria del Carmen, Javier RodrĂguez, Geraldine Rojas, Esteban Moreno, Claudia Codega, Julio Balmaceda, and Corina de la Rosa. Each of them contributed invaluable elements to his tango repertoire, shaping his distinctive style.
As part of the new generation of tango instructors, Pablo is known for his elegant style, clean technique, and refined musicality. He blends tradition and modernity, offering a unique approach where dance becomes a dialogue rather than mere choreography.
Throughout his career, he has performed and taught around the world — in Argentina, Italy, France, Germany, Turkey, Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Asia, and many other countries. He has worked with some of the most renowned names on today’s tango scene, including Sebastián Arce & Mariana Montes, Fernando Galera & Vilma Vega, and Maximiliano Cristiani & Karina Colmeiro, which has significantly influenced his artistic and pedagogical development. His international career grew rapidly through his teaching and performances with Noelia Hurtado and Corina Herrera.
Beyond the dance floor, Pablo also works as a choreographer for stage productions and tango theater performances, where he explores the interplay between classical and modern tango aesthetics. His performances are characterized by emotional authenticity, creative interpretation, and a harmonious dialogue with his partner on stage.
As a teacher, Pablo is valued for his ability to demystify tango and make it accessible to everyone — from beginners to professionals. His teaching focuses on technique, body awareness, and partner communication, emphasizing that tango is not just a dance, but a way of connecting.
In recent years, Pablo has been a regular guest teacher and performer at numerous European festivals and tango events, where his performances are remembered for their artistic depth and charisma.
